Why hot tubs show a “Change Water” reminder
Most modern hot tubs don’t test the water — they simply use a countdown timer or usage cycle tracker. After a certain time, the alert pops up whether the water is good or not.

- Heavy use = faster reminder
If you recently had guests or a cloudy foamy tub, don’t just reset the alert — test or drain.
